Dr. Michael Rubinstein, MD FACC Cardiologist & Medical Director

A graduate of University of Maryland Medical School, Dr. Michael Rubinstein has over 30 years of experience practicing cardiology in Baltimore, Maryland. He has served as Chief of the Division of Cardiology at Bon Secours Hospital and Director of Cardiac Wellness at Union Memorial Hospital. Dr Rubinstein has been a leader in cardiovascular ultrasound focusing on in office diagnostic studies. "With the advances in portable ultrasound equipment, studies performed in the doctor's office match the quality and diagnostic accuracy of in hospital studies." With this observation, Dr. Rubinstein founded Heart Lab Diagnostics and has served as Medical Director to insure high quality service to physicians and their patients.

Spencer Rubinstein - Business Manager & Consult Expert

Spencer was born and raised in Baltimore, MD. He graduated with a BA from Salisbury University in 2002. He has over 15 years of management experience. His creativity, entrepreneurial and leadership skills have greatly contributed to the success of Heart Lab Diagnostics. Spencer coordinates all financial functions, business operations and public relations. His passion for the medical industry and patient satisfaction is a perfect match with this professional, innovative, and cutting-edge organization.

Mariann Killen- Director of Operations

Mariann is native Washingtonian and proud United States Army Veteran with over 28 years of Nursing and Allied Health Experience. She Attended nursing and paramedicine school and received training through the U.S Army Medical Corps. Later she went on to receive a dual Bachelor's of Science in Biology and Chemistry at University of the District of Columbia and an Associates of Applied Science in Diagnostic Medical Sonography. She has since served as a member of the allied health and nursing community throughout the Baltimore/Washington region as sonographer, nurse, medic, and educator.
